脊髓干细胞移植对脊髓损伤后缺氧诱导因子-1α和Caspase-3表达及神经细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 有研究表明,神经干细胞(NSCs)移植可有助于脊髓功能的恢复。本实验旨在观察脊髓源性神经干细胞移植后对缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α和Caspase-3在脊髓损伤后表达和神经细胞凋亡的影响。
