同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的关系探讨

摘要 目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的相关性。方法:运用循环酶法在贝克曼公司生产的LX20自动生化分析仪上测定89例动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者血清Hcy水平,并与48例对照组进行比较分析。结果:病例组空腹血清Hcy含量(19.48±9.94)μmol/L显著高于对照组(10.55±1.54)μmol/L(P<0.01);血清Hcy升高率,病例组(50.5%)高于对照组(6.2%),两者存在极显著差异,男女之间血清Hcy也有显著差异。结论:血清Hcy升高可能是发生动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的危险因素,性别也可能是患者血清Hcy水平的影响因素。 Objectives To evaluate the correlation between sertml homocysteine level and atherosclerosis infarction. Methods There were 89 patients and 48 control cases, The serum homocysteine level was measured by circulation enzyme with LX20 automatic bio- chemical analysis instrument produced by Beckmann Company. Results The serum homocysteine level of patients group (19.48 ± 9.94μmol/L) obviously was higher than that of the control group ( 10.55 ± 1.54μmol/L) ( P 〈 0.01 ). The rising rate of Serum homoeysteine for the patient group (50.5%) was higher than that of the control group (6.2%) ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was a prominent difference for the levels of Serum homoeysteine between men and women. Conclusions Serum Hey rising might be a risk factor for occurrence of atheroselerosis infarction. Sex may also be an influential factor of level of Serum homoeysteine in patients with atherosclerosis infarction.
