逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨下段粉碎骨折27例疗效分析

Effects of Retrograde Interlocking Nails on the Fixations of Comminuted Fractures of the Lower of Femur.

目的：探讨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨下段粉碎骨折疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2000年1月~2004年1月期间采用逆行交锁髓内钉固定股骨下段粉碎骨折共计27例的临床资料。结果：所有病人无内固定断裂,畸形愈合及再骨折发生,12~16个月骨性愈合（平均13个月）,骨小梁贯通,愈合率达100%。膝关节KSS平均评分为90分,膝关节功能平均评分为92.26分,24例膝关节轻度积液,3例无积液,膝关节无内外翻畸形,主动伸展受限10°以内。结论：采用逆行交锁髓内钉具有固定可靠,骨折愈合快,可早期功能锻炼,后期膝关节功能影响小等优点。

Objegtives To disenss the curative effects of the retrograde interlocking nails on the fixations of eomminuted fractures of the lower of femur. Methods Total 27 patients who suffered from the eomminuted fractures of the lower of femur accepted the fixations in retrograde interlocking nails from January, 2000 to December, 2004. Results None of the patients had the breaks of the nail, malunions, refraetures, genua varums and genua valgums. Complete bone healing occurred from 12 months to 16 months （average 13 months）, trade-eulae regenerated, and the union rates increased up to 100%. Slight effusions of knee joint occurred in 24 eases. The ranges of aefive motion of the joint reduced less than 10 degrees. It got 90 grades on KSS, 92.26 grades on Knee Function. Conclusions There are steady fixation, faster union, early function training, later slight dysfunction in using the retrograde interlocking nail to fix the comminuted fracture of the lower of femur.
