摘要
癔病是一种癔症性精神病,临床多分属于肝郁气滞,心脾两虚,痰火上扰三种类型。通过针灸辨证取穴,以舒肝,化痰,养心健脾,再结合情志开导,心理安慰,疗效较好。
Hysteria is a kind of psychosis, which is divided into three typos： Qi stagnation due to depression of the liver, deilciency of both heart and spleen and mania of phlegm-fire. During the author＇ s clinical practice, he dialectically locates the acupuncture point in order to relax the liver, removes the phlegm, preserves the heart and invigorate the spleen. Meanwhile, he adopts the emotional and psychological counseling formula and obtains a better effect.
