摘要
目的研究和分析侵犯周围邻近器官甲状腺癌的治疗。方法对21例侵犯周围邻近器官的甲状腺癌患者的临床资料进行分析。结果除4例未分化癌患者手术后6个月内死亡,其余17例仍生存。结论相对于其他恶性肿瘤,甲状腺癌的预后明显较好,当肿瘤向周围发展,侵犯邻近器官,手术仍然是有价值和意义的。
Objective To investigate the treatment of thyroid carcinoma with nearby organs involved. Methods The clinical data of 21 advanced thyroid carcinoma （between March 1990 and July 2000） were retrospectively analyzed. Results Except for 4 patients of undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma whodied within 6 months, the other patients survived until now. Conclusions The prognosis of thyroid carcinoma is better compared with other carcinomas. When neighlor organs were involved by the tumor, the operations are still feasible and practical.
