摘要
主要结合REV 100型注塑(射)-吹塑机的三铰点双曲肘合模机构的结构特点,分析、讨论了一种非对称性特殊双曲肘合模机构的机构变形力与移模力的关系,研究了机构锁模条件,油缸推力与合模角关系,机构锁模调模特性及机构工作的特点。
According to structure characteristic of three hinge double toggle matched mould mechanism for the REV100 injection blow molding machine, the relationship between the mechanism deforming force and mould shifting force have been analyzed. Further, the locking mould condition of the mechanism, the relationship between pushing force of oil cylinder and matched mould angle, the locking /adjusting mould characteristic of the mechanism and the mechanism working feature have been discussed.
