基于Moldflow软件来分析塑料齿轮的成型工艺,给出了通过调整模具温度、熔料温度、注射时间、保压压力和保压时间等注塑工艺参数,来制定合理成型工艺的方法,并得出了最佳成型工艺参数。

Analysing the moulding technique of plastics gear, using mold flow, the autuors has worked out a method of moulding technique design optimization by modulating mold temperature, melt temperature,injection time,packing pressure and packing time. The best parameters of moulding technique is constituted.
