摘要
通过广泛调研油炸食品的制作过程,以降低食品含油率为目标,在传统的食品脱油系统基础上,设计出一套集脱油、风冷、输送为一体的多功能食品脱油系统。该食品脱油系统与传统脱油系统相比,其脱油效果明显,占地面积小,市场潜力大。另外,本研究工作还利用三维实体造型软件Pro/E建立该脱油系统的三维实体模型。
Through investigating the fry doing progress, based on the traditional fry de-oiling systems, a multi functional fry food de-oiling system is designed to reduce the oil percent in fry. It integrates the functions of de-oiling, wind-cooling and transporting. Comparing with traditional fry de-oiling systems, the major advantages of the multifunctional fry food de-oiling system given in this paper contain that its de-oiling effect is clear, and the occupying area is small, and the market potential is great. Moreover, the 3D solid model of this de-oiling system is established with the classic 3D solid model software Pro/E in the present work.
