Selection of Central Components of Pneumatic Conveying Device in Cigarette Industry

气力输送在卷烟工业中应用广泛,已经成为卷烟生产连续化、自动化不可缺少的装置。文章结合卷烟工业的情况,对供料装置、管道、除杂装置、分离器、卸料器、除尘器、消声器、气源机械等主要部件进行优选,对气力输送在卷烟工业中的应用有重要指导意义。

Pneumatic conveying device has been widely applied in cigarette industry, and is necessary for automatization and continuity of cigarette produce. In this study, considering the condition of cigarette industry, we introduce the selection of central components such as feeder machine, pipe, trash separator, segregator, shedder tripper, dust collector, noise abatement device, fan blower of pneumatic conveying device. This is important to the application of pneumatic conveying device in cigarette industry.
