中国大学城体育场馆资源管理问题研究——以广州大学城为例

Research on the Management problem of China University City Gymnasium Resource——Taking Guangzhou University City as the Example

运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,分析了广州大学城体育场馆资源管理中存在的问题。研究认为:(1)广州大学城体育场馆管理形式以体育部为主,呈现多样化趋势,有偿服务是广州大学城体育场馆管理的一个发展方向(。2)资源共享是优化配置广州大学城体育场馆资源的有效举措(。3)影响广州大学城体育场馆资源共享的主要因素是:没有共建,较难共享;难于形成一致的共享制度;存在自利因素。(4)建立大学城体育联盟有助于优化整合大学城体育资源。

Using the methds of documentary, questionnaire, visit and mathematical statistics, the author analyses the problem existing in the gymnasium management of Guangzhou University City. The results show that P.E department is the main manager, charging service fee is a developing direction of the gymnasium management of Guangzhou University City; Share resource is the valuable method of arrangement of the gymnasium of Guangzhou University City. Affecting factors of share resource of Guangzhou University City as follow： It＇s hard to share without constructing together, form coincident shared system and existing own profit for oneself ; Establishing sports union is helpful optimize University City gymnasium resource.
