摘要
采用文献资料研究、问卷调查、教育教学实验、个案研究等研究方法,论述建立在科学人本主义教育思想、体育教学的合理组织和因材施教原则、教学最优化与目标设计理论指导下,针对我国学生体质健康状况连续下降和参差不齐的运动水平的实际,创建学生个性发展的新平台为目标的高校体育选项课实施"分级教学"的模式,在教学实验和个案研究基础上,构建完整的科学管理和保障体系,为高校体育教学改革和实现体育教学的"三自主"提供参考。
Using the methds of documentary, questionnaire, teaching experiment and case study, the author discuses on the education teaching idea of science humanism, the proper ognization and the principle of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. Then establishes the model of classification teaching in university P.E. class teaching on the basis of students' quality drop continuously and different athletics level. Aiming to establish scientific management and safeguard system, importantly provide some references for teaching reform of P.E. and to realize "three freedom" Of sports teaching.
