摘要
采用一种新颖的等强度梁光纤光栅(FBG)传感结构,将光纤光栅沿梁轴向粘贴在传感梁上,并确保光栅的一半粘贴在梁上,另一半则沿梁的轴向呈自由状态,通过两部分光栅对梁自由端位移和环境温度的不同响应,实现温度和位移的同时测量,测量误差不大于4%。通过多次实验验证,所得结果与理论分析相符合。
A novel optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing structure based on equal-intensity beam is adopted. FBG is axial affixed along the sensing beam, and make sure that half of the grating is pasted on the beam fitly, while another half is axial being free in shape along the beam. The simultaneous measurement of displacement and temperature was realized by the different response of the two parts of grating to the displacement of the freedom end of the beam and environment temperature, and the measurement error is not greater than 4 percent. Numerous experiments prove that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analyses.
