China's New Era of Corporate Social Responsibility

随着中国加入WTO,企业社会责任已经成为中国企业不得不面对的一个重大课题,怎样认识和加强企业社会责任具有极其重要的现实意义。论述企业社会责任的内涵和重要意义以及中国企业目前存在的问题,并就如何在中国确立和加强企业社会责任体系提出了具体对策。

With China＇s accession to the WTO, corporate social responsibility has become a major issue. China＇s enterprises have to face. How to recognize and strengthen corporate social responsibility is extremely important in a practical sense, in this paper, the author discusses the connotation and significance of corporate social responsibihty as well as the problems existing in Chinese enterprises, the author also puts forward some specific countermeasures to establish and strengthen corporate social responsibility system in China for a specific countermeasures.
