职业道德基本规范是职业活动中各行各业人们应当共同遵守的职业行为准则。当代大学生存在职业道德基本规范缺失、滑坡的现象,分析其成因是多重的,所造成的危害也是不容忽视的。高等学校可采取营造良好环境、强化教育、增强教育的针对性、注重实践、发挥先进典型的导向和示范作用等有效途径,以充分发挥自身的作用,对大学生进行职业道德基本规范教育。

The basic criteria of vocational morals are the norms that people should keep in professional activities. Nowadays, a phenomenon appears that most of the college students have a lack or a decline in the basic criteria of vocational morals. The cause of the formation is multiple, while the harm which it had already made is not allowed to neglect. The institutions of higher learning should take effective measures, such as building favorable environments, intensifying education, strengthening the pertinence of education, paying more attention to practice, maximizing the conducting and demonstrating role of sophisticated example, in order to act themselves as well as teach the college students with the basic criteria of vocational morals.
