摘要
培养高素质人才,需要高素质教师。当前高职教师中存在教育观念、教学方法手段不够先进,整体创新意识不足、教研水平不够高等问题。高职(高专)教师从更新教育思想观念,引入激励约束竞争机制,提高教师文化业务素质,同时实施"名师"工程,以提高高职教师素质。
Training the qualified personnel of good quality needs the teachers of good quality. Nowadays ,there exist some problems snch as low advancement of educational idea and teaching method,inadequacy of innovative consciousness and low standard of teaching and research. Higher vocational teachers should renew educational idea,introduce incentive and competitive mechanism, improve teachers＇ professional quality,carry out the project of ＂great teacher＂,so as to improve the quality of themselves.
