摘要
通过对当前职业技术院校伙食管理体制现状和存在的问题进行分析,围绕新型后勤保障体制的改革目标和我院后勤改革"小机关、多实体、大服务"模式,提出合适的伙食管理社会化改革办法,为今后我院伙食体制改革做一些理论和实践的探讨。
Through the analysis of the current mess system and the problems existing, centering on the new reform objectives of logistics support system and logistics reform mode of "small organs ,more entities,and large service'in Minxi Vocational and Technical College,the article proposes some appropriate reform approaches of mess management socialization so as to do some theoretical and practical study for the reform of catering system in the future.
