文章从博弈论的角度出发,分析了煤矿安全管理过程中存在的"囚徒困境"以及制度缺陷,用博弈论阐述了要走出"囚徒困境"必须设计一种新的机制,从政府安全监管、安全生产责任划分等方面提出新的制度安排。

This paper analyzes the prisoner puzzledom and the limitation of the system for the colliery safety management , and expatiates that a new system must be framed for walking out the prisoner puzzledora with game theory. New systems are brought up respectively from safety supervision of government and the division about safety responsibilities.
