摘要 从数值模拟、矿山压力理论分析和经验公式计算等多方面综合分析,确定防护小煤柱的合理尺寸。以某矿新331工作面合理小煤柱的宽度留设为例,采用数值模拟方法,分别获得顶板下沉、底臌、两帮的位移值,分析发现,当煤柱尺寸为4.5m左右时,巷道各部分的位移已经趋于稳定;从矿山压力理论分析,合理小煤柱尺寸为4.0-4.5m之间;根据经验公式可以求出该煤矿小煤柱的留设宽度为4.5m。综合分析可以确定,该煤矿护巷小煤柱的合理尺寸为4.5m。结果表明,用本文研究方法确定合理的煤柱留设尺寸,是相对比较准确的,在以后的实践中具有重要的参考价值。 The paper found the reasonable dimension of small coal pillar to protect the roadway through comprehensive analysis from numerical simulation method, ground pressure theory and calculation based on the empirical equation. Numerical method was adopted to simulate the new 311 working face of a certain mine and obtained the displacement values of roof subsidence, floor lift and sides, calculation result showed that displacements of all parts of the roadway was steady when the left pillar was 4.5m. From the underground pressure theoretical analysis, the reasonable dimension of small coal pillar was between 4.0-4.5m. The left small pillar was 4. 5m in breadth of the mine from empirical equation. So the reasonable dimension of the small pillar protecting the roadway was 4.5m from the comprehensive analysis. The results show that reasonable dimension of small coal pillar through this research approach is relatively accurate, which offers valuable reference for the future practice.
