摘要
本文系统地论述了C3、C4和CAM植物的光合作用方式和有机碳同位素分馏过程,以及温度、光照、大气CO2浓度、水分等因素对碳同位素分馏过程的影响。在分析了土壤有机碳同位素组分与植被类型的关系的基础上,介绍了有机碳同位素在古环境研究中的应用。针对有机碳同位素研究存在的问题,提出在今后的工作中,应该注重实验技术改进和现代过程分析,以便更合理、更准确地将有机碳同位素应用于古环境研究中。
This paper presents a systematic review on the photosynthetic ways and fractionation processes of organic carbon isotope of terrestrial plants as well as on the influences of temperature, illumination, atmospheric CO2 concentration and moisture on the fractionation of organic carbon isotope. Based on analyses of the relation of soil organic carbon isotopes with the vegetation types, applications of organic carbon isotope to paleoenvironmental research were introduced. In view of the problems currently existing in the study of organic carbon isotope, we suggest that more attention should be paid both to the improvement of experimental technology and to the analysis of modern processes in the future work so as to yield more reasonable and accurate explanations of the organic carbon isotopes from paleoenvironmental records.
