多形性胶质母细胞瘤的适形放疗新进展

Advances in 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for glioblastoma multiforme

摘要 多形性胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma multifornle,GBM)是最常见的脑胶质瘤之一,为高分级脑胶质瘤,放疗是其重要的治疗手段。Chang等研究表明,接受肿瘤局部放疗患者的中位生存时间(7个月)长于全脑放疗患者(5个月,P=0.020),而且毒副反应小,提高了患者生存质量。随着三维适形放疗(3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,3D-CRT)的广泛应用,GBM放疗已经由原全脑放疗加局部肿瘤补量照射发展为肿瘤局部放疗。由于GBM具有浸润性生长、病程进展迅速的生物学特征,因此在临床工作中对其靶区的确定尚存在争议。现将GBM放疗的最新进展报告如下。
