摘要
薪酬是高校后勤的主要成本,建立既能激励员工又利后勤实体发展的薪酬体系,是高校后勤改革中面临的重要课题.现结合现代薪酬理论和工作实践,提出"宽幅可变""小步快跑"的后勤薪酬设计思路,并以排级与评分相结合的方法试做了餐饮部门各岗位薪酬分配方案.
It's vital to have some scientific and practical pay distribution systems in the rear-service department in colleges. The major problem is how to set up a rational pay distribution system to inspire the staff to develop their work. The object is to present the renewed notion that stable pay distribution system should be in line with the flexible assessment of their work. Here some corresponding measures to carry out the system are suggested.
