在行固定矫治的过程中,增强患者的口腔卫生意识,让患者掌握正确的刷牙方法是贯穿整个矫治过程的重要内容。笔者总结临床工作的经验认为其方法是患者每次复诊时,医师应宣教保持牙周健康的意义,指导正确的刷牙方法。经过反复的口腔卫生宣教,大部分正畸患者能保持良好的口腔卫生。

How to enhance oral hygiene recognition of the patients during fixed orthodontic treatment？ The patients were told the importance of retaining healthy periodontal tissue and the best technique for removing plaque and germs with his toothbrush every visiting time. The most patients were good in oral hygiene after repeated guidance.
