变形链球菌表面蛋白C末端的研究状况

摘要 变形链球菌表面蛋白是变形链球菌菌体胞壁上重要的黏结素,在细菌对牙面的初始黏附及促进菌体之间的聚集中起重要作用。变形链球菌表面蛋白C末端具有高度保守性和黏附性能,并含有重要的人类IgG交叉反应区和T、B细胞表位,同时该区Sortase酶在细胞锚定及致龋性方面的作用具有重要意义。本文对相关内容作一综述。 The surface protein of the Streptococcus mutarts CS. mutarts) is the important adhesins of the strains cell wall. It has been shown to mediate the adherence of S. mutans to the teeth directly and contribute to the agglutination of the bacterium. The C terminus of the surface protein is highly conserving and adhesining. And the human IgG-eross-reaeting domain and the T, B cell antigenic epitopes are in the domains too. In addition, the Sortase enzyme in the C terminus domain is responsible for anchoring the surface protein to the cell surface and plays an important role in eariogenieity of S. mutarts.
