摘要
民办高校师资队伍管理应结合其师资结构特点，进行科学化、人性化管理，建立灵活的、市场化的用人机制。师资培养应重视教师道德和执教能力，由学校制定师资规划，并结合民办高校人才培养特点进行针对性培训。
The management of teaching staff of non-governmental college should consider the characteristics of teachers structure to implement scientific and humanized management, establish a flexible and market-oriented personnel mechanism. The teachers cultivation of non-governmental college should emphasize teachers＂ ethics and teaching ability, while school should develop training plan and curry out pertinence training according to the characteristic of personnel training of non-governmental college.
