摘要 基于民办高校师资队伍建设的现状,重庆市民办高校应积极改善师资队伍建设的外部环境,制定保障教师合法权益的政策与制度,建立教师资格认定制度和资源配置市场。加强政府对民办高校的扶持与资助。同时,加强民办高校师资队伍的培养与管理,提高教师起点质量,制定科学激励机制,建立教师业务水平提高的保障机制。 Based on the current situation of the construction of teaching staff, non-governmental college in Chongqing should actively improve the external environment and establish the policy and system to protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers, establish teachers' accreditation system and resources allocation market, strengthen the government's support and efficient financing for non-governmental college. At the same time, non-governmental college should strengthen the training and management for the teaching staff, improve the quality of teachers starting point, develop the scientific motivation mechanism, establish the protection mechanism of improving teachers' operational level.
