The quality of specialty setting is the key elements of constructing core competitiveness of higher vocational schools. The factor of affecting specialty setting can divide into four parts- market demand, public demand, software resources and hardware resources, which can set up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the pertinence of specialty setting with the method of Fuzzy, and provide decision-making basis for specialty setting of higher vocational schools by the method of the combination of quantitative and qualitative.
