玻片凝聚胺交叉配血方法学评价

Evaluation on Crossmatching with Modified Slide Polybrene

为评价玻片凝聚胺法交叉配血的安全性、准确性,对解放军总医院11例不规则抗体阳性的输血患者同时进行玻片凝聚胺法和经典凝聚胺法交叉配血。比较两种方法配血后主、次侧凝集强度。两种配血方法中,11例次配血结果中均出现主侧凝结,玻片凝聚胺法的凝集强度要弱于经典凝聚胺法,但无假阴性出现。说明玻片凝聚胺法可以检测出常见不规则抗体引起的配血不合,可用于特殊条件下的交叉配血。

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of slide polybrene method. 11 patients with irregular antibody were crossmatched with slide polybrene method and tube polybrene method respectively. The coagulation intensities of major and minor crossmatch in two methods were compared. 11 positive results of major crossmatch were observed in two groups, but the coagulation intensities with slide polybrene method were lower than them with tube polybrene and there were no false negative results. It is concluded that the slide polybrene method can detect incompatible crossmatch induced irregular antibody and may be applied to crossmatch under special conditions.
