摘要 目的检验CordyMax君沛胶囊(简称君沛胶囊)对青年强壮男运动员运动有氧代谢和心血管功能的影响。方法采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照法,监测30名受试者服用君沛胶囊6 wk前后,增量、极量运动(IWR)及恢复期的摄氧量、CO_2排出量和心率;60min亚极量、衡量运动(CWR)中每15 min及运动停止后5 min采集以上各数据和静脉血样检测血乳酸。结果服用君沛胶囊6 wk可增加高峰VO_2、改善心血管功能、降低运动时心率、增高氧脉搏、加速运动后心率恢复、改善代谢功能。在大运动量训练期间维持体重和体脂衡定、降低空腹血糖、降低运动时呼吸交换比值和血乳酸。结论君沛胶囊能改善有氧运动代谢功能和运动能力,改善运动时心血管功能,增加脂肪供能、节约糖原以增加运动耐力,加速运动后的恢复并减轻疲劳。 AIM To test the effects of CordyMax on aerobic-metabolic capacity and cardiovascular (CV) functions during exercise in young, highly-fit, male athletes. METHODS In a double-blind condition, 30 subjects were randomized into a CordyMax and a placebo groups. 02 uptake, CO2 output and heart rate (HR) were monitored throughout and 15 min after an IWR test; they and blood lactate (LA) were examined every 15th min during a CWR test. RESULTS Taking CordyMax for 6 wk VO2peak increased; CV functions improved: HR reduced and 02 pulse during exercise, increased and HR recovery accelerated after peak exercise; and exercise metabolism improved: maintained body weight and body fat storage during intensive physical training, basal fasting blood glucose lowered, and RER and LA reduced during the CWR exercise. CONCLUSION CordyMax improves aerobic-metabolic capacity, energy metabolism and CV functions during exercise, and facilitates recovery from exercise and favors more robust endurance conditions and anti-fatigue.
