摘要
目的考察左氧氟沙星注射剂的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法及LC-MS/MS法测定注射剂中盐酸左氧氟沙星的含量,考察了温度及光照等因素对5种市售左氧氟沙星注射剂稳定性的影响。结果随放置时间的延长,左氧氟沙星注射剂在5、20、30℃避光条件放置12 h含量基本保持稳定;在4 500 lx光照条件18℃放置12 h含量基本保持稳定。结论实验环境因素对该5种左氧氟沙星注射剂的稳定性无显著影响。
AIM To investigate the stability of levofloxacin injection. METHODS The concentration of levofloxacin in five injections was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and LC-MS/MS methods. The effects of temperature and light on the stability of the levofloxacin injections were investigated. RESULTS The levofloxacin injections were stable when placed at 5℃ ,20℃ and 30℃, and under the condition of 4 500 lx at 18℃ for 12 h. CONCLUSION There is no significant influence of the environmental factors on the stability of the five levofloxacin injections.
