药物在诱导临床移植免疫耐受中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 器官移植已经成为终末期器官功能衰竭患者的有效、首选治疗手段，尤其是近年来一些强效免疫抑制剂的出现，明显减少了急性排斥反应的发生率，改善了移植物的短期存活率。但是器官移植后长期乃至终生使用免疫抑制剂，除了给患者带来沉重的经济负担外，还可引起患者强烈的不良反应、增加感染和易患肿瘤的风险，而且免疫抑制剂对于慢性移植排斥和移植物的长期存活率无明显改善。因此最终理想的措施是诱导受体建立针对供体移植物的特异性免疫耐受。目前在临床上应用的药物联合外科手段诱导免疫耐受方案主要有涉及建立混合嵌合体；
