"两论"即毛泽东的《实践论》和《矛盾论》是对马克思主义发展观思想的拓展,是马克思主义中国化的具体体现;也是大庆社会全面进步,实现可持续发展的思想魂魄。"两论"思想蕴涵着马克思科学发展观的基本价值尺度,符合和谐社会思想的内在要求。通过"两论"思想在大庆发展实践中的主体化,作为各项工作的科学指导思想和行为准则,从"两论"起家,到大庆油田的成功开发建设,直至城市的现代化建设、人的全面发展和社会的全面进步,大庆所走过的辉煌历程,也是"两论"思想在大庆发展实践中充分践行的过程。"两论"不仅过去是,而且现在和未来都将是大庆发展实践的核心指导思想,是大庆可持续发展、社会全面进步的永恒的思想动力。

＂ Liang- Lun＂, namely Mao Zedong＇s On Practice＇and On contradictory, extends Marxism development view, and specifically manifests Marxism in China. ＂Liang - Lun＂ connotes the basic measure of value of Marx science development view, and conforms to the harmonious social thought intrinsic requirements. The ＂ Liang - Lun＂ has made much progess in Daqing as the science guiding ideology and the behavior criterion, thus leading to Daqing Oil Field＇s successful development construction, and the city modernization and society＇s comprehensive development. Daqing magnificent course also is the process in which ＂Liang- Lun＂ scientific thought fully fulfills in the Daqing scientific development practice. ＂Liang -Lun＂ is not only in the past but also at present and in the future is the core guiding ideology in Daq/ng scientific development practice, and the eternal thought power of Daqing sustainable development, social comprehensive progress.
