信息战斗力作为军队战斗力的时代形式和最高形态,是信息化战争的主体战斗力,是信息时代条件下国家武装力量完成信息化作战任务的能力。信息战斗力高度依赖信息、信息系统、信息网络、信息兵力和信息化武器装备,集中体现为一体化的信息支持能力、精确化的火力打击能力、多领域的信息作战能力和全方位的信息防护能力,体现为战略层面的信息谋划力和信息威慑力,战役层面的信息聚合力和信息控制力,以及战术层面的信息毁伤力和信息防护力。
