摘要 知识管理不仅具有过程属性,而且具有能力内涵。通过对知识管理的能力内涵及构成要素分析,以核心能力为导向的知识管理主要目的是通过对核心知识整合和流程化管理,培育和提升核心能力。知识管理能力要素包括学习能力、创新能力、组织能力、执行能力、应变能力和竞争能力,以此为基础,可以建立知识管理战略实施效果评价指标体系。知识管理战略导入过程分为战略导入、战略行动、战略成果三个部分,实施效果评价方法分为整体效果评价法和单因素效果评价法方法,通过这两种方法的组合,可以评价各因素对知识管理战略整体效果的影响程度。 Knowledge management is not only a process attributes, and have the ability connotation. Based on knowledge management capability and content elements, the paper proposes a core competence -oriented knowledge management whose the main purpose is training and upgrading core capabilities through the integration and Process Management of core knowledge. Knowledge management capabilities elements include learning ability, innovation, organizational capacity, implementation capacity, resilience and competitiveness, as a basis, the effect evaluation index system of a knowledge management strategy can be built. Knowledge management strategy introduction process is divided into introduction, action and results. The Knowledge Management Strategy Evaluation Method includes the overall effect and the single - factor methods. Through the combination of these two methods, impact degree on various factors to overall strategy effect can be evaluated.
