试论完善我国野生动物保护法刑事立法的有关条款

On Perfection of Related Articles in Wildlife Conservation Code and Criminal Code

介绍了我国野生动物保护法中刑事犯罪的有关规定,我国刑法关于野生动物资源保护的立法现状,剖析了我国野生动物保护法关于破坏野生动物资源的立法缺陷,以及呼吁尽快完善我国野生动物保护法刑事立法的有关条款,为野生动物保护法的修改、立法提供理论依据。

The legislation status of conservation of wildlife resources in Wildlife Conservation Code and Criminal Code on crimes was introduced and defects in their legislation against crimes on violations of wildlife resources were analyzed. Suggestions on perfection of legislation of articles in thence two codes were discussed.
