摘要
利用脉冲微型反应器-色谱装置,考察了甲醇在四种FCC工业平衡剂、LOSA-1助剂及SAPO-34上的转化反应过程。结果表明,四种FCC工业平衡剂中,甲醇在GOR-Ⅱ上反应的烃和低碳烯烃收率较高,在GOR-Ⅱ中添加LOSA-1后烃和低碳烯烃收率有所提高,当GOR-Ⅱ中的LOSA-1比例为5.0%时,烃和低碳烯烃收率最大值为27.52%和15.72%;在GOR-Ⅱ上40%甲醇水溶液的烃和低碳烯烃收率为9.09%和6.20%,在SAPO-34上为24.71%和20.08%;而甲醇在CHZ-4、DACS-GQ1及RAG-10上的烃和低碳烯烃收率均较低。
The process of methanol to olefins over four FCC industrial equilibrium catalysts (E-cat),LOSA-1 propylene enhanced additive and SAPO-34 was studied using a pulse microreactor- chromatography device. The results indicated that the conversion of methanol over GOR- Ⅱ E-cat was the best among the 4 E-cats(much better than the other three) ,the yields of hydrocarbons and light olefins were 19.91% and 11.41%,respectively;adding 5% LOSA-1 additive into GOR-Ⅱ E-cat,the yields of hydrocarbons and light olefins could be further improved to 27.52% and 15.72%, respectively. When using 40% methanol solution as feed, the yields of hydrocarbons and light olefins over SAPO-34 were 24.71% and 20.08% ,respectively;yet over GOR-Ⅱ E-cat were 9.09% and 6.20% ,respectively.
