摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备六铝酸盐催化剂LaMnFe2Al9O19,通过BET,XPS,XRD等技术对催化剂的结构和性质进行了研究,主要考察了在制备过程中以不同醇作溶剂时对催化剂结构及其甲烷催化燃烧活性的影响。结果表明,以不同醇作溶剂时所制备的催化剂LaMnFe2Al9O19在1200℃焙烧后都可以形成完整的六铝酸盐晶型,且具有较高的高温稳定性。同时溶剂类型对于催化剂的催化性能也有较大的影响,用异丙醇作溶剂时所得催化剂的催化活性最高,并保持了较大的比表面积。
Hexa-aluminate catalyst, LaMnFe2A19O19, was prepared by solgel method using ethanol, isopropanol and n-butanol as solvent, respectively. The effect of various solvents on the chemicalhysical properties and catalytic performance of the prepared catalysts was investigated by means of XRD, BET and XPS techniques. Results showed that using the above three solvents LaMnFe2A19O19 catalysts prepared by calcination at 1 200 ℃ in the presence of oxygen possessed high crystallinity and good thermal stability. The types of solvent had influence on the catalyst performance, e. g. catalyst prepared using isopropanol as solvent exhibited the highest catalytic activity in methane combustion, and its surface area was the largest as well.
