摘要
以异佛尔酮-二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇和甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯合成的丙烯酸酯类聚氨酯预聚体为基体,添加改性碳纳米管,制备聚氨酯/碳纳米管复合材料。研究了碳纳米管的含量对复合材料的力学性能、热学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明,当碳纳米管质量分数为0.4%时,复合材料的断裂伸长率提高了13%,冲击强度提高了20%,体积电阻率下降了5个数量级,而对热学性能基本没有影响。
The composite of carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/polyurethane composite was prepared from modified CNTs, IPDI, PEG -400 and HEMA. The effects of CNTs content on mechanical, thermal and conducting properties of composite were investigated. The results showed that the elongation at break was increased by 13% , the impact strength was increased by 20%, the volume resistivity fell 5 orders and the thermal property of the composite was basically invariable when the content of CNTs was 0.4%.
