摘要
研究了超细滑石粉的改性及其对聚氨酯(PUR)弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,当采用质量分数为1.0%-1.2%的硅烷偶联剂(γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷)处理超细滑石粉时能获得分散性良好、活性指数较高的改性超细滑石粉;在PUR基体中添加约15%的改性超细滑石粉时,此种PUR弹性体具有较好的综合力学性能,良好的耐油性、耐水性及加工收缩性、尺寸稳定性。
The modification of super fine talc powder and the effect on properties of polyurethane elastomer were investigated. The results showed that the talc powder treated by 1.0% -1.2% silane coupling agent of y-aminopropyl triethoxy silane( KH -550) had favorable dispersibility and high activity index. When the addition level of modified talcum powder was about 15% , the polyurethane elastomer had good comprehensive mechanical properties, oil resistance, water resistance, processing contractility and dimensional stability.
