介绍了节流阀在非平衡型腔注射模中的应用及模具工作过程,并分析了节流阀的设计要点。通过在注射模具中合理地应用节流阀,可实现非平衡式浇注系统的人工平衡设计,以减少成型缺陷,提高塑料件质量。

The application and working process of throttle valve in injection mold of unbalanced cavities were introduced, and the key points of designing throttle valve was analysed. Manmade balanced design of unbalanced runner system could be achieved by using the throttle valve in injection mold properly. As a result, the forming defects were reduced, and the quality of plastic parts were improved.
