摘要
为了研究高转速无油双螺杆压缩机的工作性能,以质量守恒定律和热力学第一定律为基础,建立了压缩机工作过程的数学模型。该模型以双螺杆压缩机一个齿间容积为控制体,全面考虑各泄漏通道损失以及热换效果。在此基础上分析了转子转速、吸气温度、转子间隙大小和是否喷水对压缩机工作过程及压缩机性能的影响。
In order to analysis the microcosmic work process of high speed oil-free twinscrew compressor, a mathematical model of oilfree twin-screw compressor has been constructed basing on the laws of conservation of mass and thermodynamic relations.A compression chamber is studied in this model considering the internal leakage and heat transfer. Influence of rotational speeds, inlet temperature, injected water and inter lobe clearance on compressor’ performance is analyzed.
