文章综述了氨基酸需要量评定方法,肉鸭几种主要必需氨基酸需要量,肉鸭氨基酸需要量推荐标准以及氨基酸理想模式,并展望了肉鸭氨基酸营养今后的研究方向。
The method for evaluation of amino acid（AA）,essential AA requirements of ducks,AA recommendations and ideal AA profile for ducks were reviewed,and the future of amino acid nutrition of ducks was also involved.
