摘要
建立用Agilent1100高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测饲料样品中苏丹红含量的方法。采用C18柱(250mm×4.6mmi.d.,5μm),以乙腈和水的混合溶液为流动相,对比采用不同处理方法后,苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ相应的平均回收率。结果表明,在0.1、0.2、0.5、1.0、2.0mg/kg5种添加浓度下,苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ相应的回收率均高于90%。说明该方法具有较好的准确性。
A HPLC method for detection of Sudan Ⅰ,Sudan Ⅱ,Sudan Ⅲ,Sudan Ⅳ was described.The analysis was performed on a column（250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm）with acetonitrile-water.The results showed that the average recovery was over 90 %with the dosage of 0.1,0.2,0.5,1.0,2.0 mg/kg.The established method is simple,sensitive,accurate and available for the determination of Sudan Ⅰ,Sudan Ⅱ,Sudan Ⅲ,Sudan Ⅳ.
