摘要
电力生产管理要涉及庞大的电力设备设施数据、用户数据、规划数据等,这些数据从发电、输电、配电到用电等任何一个环节,都表现为空间性、复杂性等特点。将地理信息引入到电力设施和信息的管理,能有效管理这些复杂的空间资源,提高电力系统的生产和管理水平。本文以空间数据为载体、以设备管理为核心、以业务规划为灵魂、以流程重组为主线、以生产管理为目标,搭建了基于GIS的电力生产管理系统,并详细地描述了其功能设计方案和构建数据模型的方法。
Power product management involves a lot of data such as power equipment and installation data, user data, scheme data etc. ,those data behave in the characteristic of the space and complicatioin in whole process from producin gpower, transferring power, and to using power. It's able to manage those resources and to improve the level of product and management in power system officiently through usin gmap information into the power installation and information management. The paper builds the power products manage system based on GIS carried by space data, kernelled with system management, soul of work scheme and aimed with product management. And the pape rillustrates the project of functioin designed and the method to build the data model in detail.
