Recent Advances in Study on Cubic Silicon Nitride

摘要 立方氮化硅作为氮化硅的第三种物相,具有比α-Si3N4、β-Si3N4高的体积模量及硬度,是继金刚石与立方氮化硼之后的第三种超硬材料。从静高压合成与动高压合成两个方面综述了立方氮化硅粉体的合成研究现状,详细阐述了立方氮化硅的晶体结构及性能,介绍了立方氮化硅块体材料的研究进展,并展望了立方氮化硅的应用及研究前景。 Cubic silicon nitride as the third polymorph of silicon nitride is referred to as the third hardest materials following diamond and cubic boron nitride due to its greater bulk modulus and hardness than those of α-Sia N4 and β-Sia N4. The study progress of static high-pressure and dynamic high pressure synthesis of cubic silicon nitride powders is outlined in this paper. The crystal structure and properties of cubic sillicon nitrile,as well as its research state of the bulk materials are discussed in detail. The application and research o ect of cubic silicon nitride are prospected.
