摘要
介绍了一种新型液晶芳族杂环聚合物,聚(2,5-二羟基-1,4-苯撑吡啶并二咪唑)(简称M5)。简述了聚合物的分子结构特征,以及由此聚合物干喷湿纺成型制备的高性能纤维,并通过与其它高性能纤维的比较,阐述了M5纤维优良的性能,特别是其良好的压缩与剪切特性,并展望了M5纤维的应用前景。
A new type of high-performance fibe-M5 or PIPD is introduced. The paper describes the molecular structure, preparation method and properties of M5 fiber, especially compressive and shear properties, by comparing with other high-performance fibers. Apart from these, the high polarity of the M5 fiber promotes excellent adhesion to various resins,thereby overall mechanical properties of the M5 fiber is better than all other high-performance fibers. 0uflook on potential application is further suggested.
