摘要
介质阻挡放电(DBD)是大气压下产生低温等离子体的主要手段之一,以其方便、有效和低运行造价在材料表面改性方面显示出广阔的应用前景。在介绍DBD材料表面改性的机理、方法及影响因素的基础上,综述了DBD等离子体用于聚合物材料、纤维材料以及木材、玻璃等其他类型材料表面改性的国内外研究进展;分析了研究中存在的主要问题及相应的解决方法,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考。
Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is one of the main way for generating non-thermal plasma at atmospheric pressure, and is of great interest in material surface modification because of its convenience, effectiveness and low cost. Based on the introduction of the mechanism, methods and influence factors of surface modification using DBD, the research status about surface modification of polymer materials, fibre materials and other types of materials, such as wood and glass etc. is reviewed. The main problems in the research and their possible solutions are also sum- marized to make reference for future study in related field.
