摘要
采用一种简单的方法制备偏磷酸钙生物陶瓷晶须材料以达到增强聚左旋乳酸的目的。即将熔融所得CaO-P_2O_5玻璃在非晶相-晶相转变温度热处理一段时间后用40℃的0.1mol/L NaOH溶液洗滤,生成直径为1~5μm,长径比达30~50的晶须。探讨了原料钙磷比、热处理时间、洗滤时间和晶核剂对晶须形貌的影响。在钙磷比为0.85,热处理时间和洗滤时间分别为36h和48h的实验条件下可以得到主晶相为β-偏磷酸钙(β-CMP)的陶瓷晶须。加入25wt%的β-CMPw后β-偏磷酸钙/聚左旋乳酸(β-CMPw/PLLA)复合材料的弯曲模量达4.3GPa,较纯PLLA提高了约14.4%。
β-calcium metaphosphate(β-CMP) whiskers are prepared by an convenient process. The objective is to increase the mechanical properties of poly-L-lactide(PLLA). The CaO-P2O5 glass got by melting is treated at the transform temperature from noncrystal to crystal. Then the products are washed with 0. lmol/LNaOH at 40℃. Whiskers having high aspect ratios of 30-50 with diameters of 1-5μm are achieved. The factors influencing the morphology of the 13-CMPw such as component, time of crystallization treatment, washing time and nucleating agent are discussed. Results show that the high quality of β-calcium metaphosphate whiskers could be obtained by crystallization treating for 36h and washing for 48h, and the best Ca : P ratio is 0. 85. The bending modulus of composite rods manufactured by a PLLA:β-CMP ratio of 75 : 25 is 4.3GPa, which is approximately 14. 4% stronger than PLLA.
