摘要
通过对天津纪庄子再生水厂原水(污水厂二级出水)进行混凝试验研究,讨论了投药种类、投药量、搅拌强度、pH、温度等因素对混凝效果的影响。初步遴选出最优的凝聚剂、絮凝剂,并确定其投加量为PAM1.0mg/L,PAC14mg/L,在此投加量下达到了较好的处理效果,浊度、TP、COD去除率分别为91.43%、92.41%、62.12%。通过正交试验确定混凝沉淀工艺的最佳混凝条件:快搅45s,快搅速度150r/min;慢搅20min,慢搅速度50r/min。并且运用统计原理和统计处理软件(SAS系统)建立了确定凝聚剂投加量的数学模型。
A study on coagulation and sedimentation technology in Tianjin Jizhuanzi regenerated water plant has been carried on. The influent is from the effluent of urban wastewater secondary disposal plant. The effects of the kind of coagulant, the optimal adding dose, pH, temperature, etc. on the coagulation and sedimentation have been analyzed. As a result the optimal coagulant and flocculant have been obtained. The optimal adding dose is PAM 1.0 mg/L,PAC 14 mg/L;and removal rate of turbidity,TP,COD are 91.43,92.41%,62.12% respectively. Orthogonal experiment has been carried to optimal parameter of coagulating process: rapid stir time is 45 s, rapid stir rate is 150 r/min;slow stir time is 20 min,slow stir rate is 50 r/min. Besides,math model about coagulation and sedimentation is established though statistics theory and statistics treatment software(SAS system).
