摘要
采用体外细胞培养实验方法,观察石英作用过的肺泡Ⅱ型细胞培养液,对石英尘毒作用下的肺泡巨噬细胞的影响。结果表明:该培养液能明显地保护肺泡巨噬细胞免受石英尘的损害,其机制可能与该培养液能抑制石英尘诱发肺泡巨噬细胞脂质过氧化反应有关。也可能与该上清液中的表面活性物质能够有效地减低石英对肺泡巨噬细胞的细胞毒性有关。
Alveolar type Ⅱ epithelial cells isolated and purified from healthy Wistar rats were exposed to various doses of silica from 10 to 40μg/ml for 24h in vitro. Then, the supernatant of the cell culture was collected and transferred into alveolar macrophage culture with 40μg/ml silica incubated aditionally for 8h. The results showed that the supernatant of alveolar type Ⅱ epithelial cells can protect AM from being damaged by silica. The mechanism may be that the supernatant can suppress effective lipid peroxidation induced by silica and also decrease the cytotoxic effect of silica.
