摘要
针对多变量过程控制问题,将模块多变量与预测控制中的模型算法控制相结合,提出了模块多变量模型算法控制器。它将控制目标按照优先级排序,从高到低依次实现各个控制目标。算法中引入阶梯式控制策略,使得解决动态MMC问题成为可能。并用Shell标准问题作为研究对象,对算法作出仿真验证。实验证明该算法结构简单,可以解决动态模块多变量的问题,计算量较小,设计和改造相对容易。这些特点使模块多变量模型算法控制器具有很高的应用价值。
To solve the problem of multivariable process control, a modular multivariable model algorithmic controller is introduced in this article, all the control goals are listed and achieved in refusal order. In this algorithm, modular multivariable control and model algorithmic in predictive control are combined, and stair - like control strategy is introduced as well. As a result, it' s possible to solve dynamic MMC problem. Using Shell problem as research object, simulation results illuminate the correctness of this algorithm, and show the characteristics of it such as simple structure, ability to solve the dynamic modular multivariable problem, less calculation time, liable to design and rebuild. Because of these characteristics, the modular multivariable model algorithmic controller has high application value.
